Zombie Torva Drop rate is strange?

So I've killed 268 and still don't have its set, yet i've killed 100 of strip torva, and toxic torva and have the sets 5+ times.. Need to fix this, my drop rate is also 83% increase...

301 Kills now and finally got the set.. It should've been much easier though, please fix this!
